You’ll also have the opportunity to retain a portion of the final product resulting from the development, if you wish. We establish a profit-sharing agreement to ensure you receive your rightful share of profits from the development project upon settlement.

Investment Partnership

In an Investment Partnership arrangement, your involvement entails contributing funds to the development project, demonstrating your commitment to its success. Meanwhile, we utilise our expertise, experience, and networks to oversee the entire development process.

Through an investment partnership agreement, you’re entitled to your share of profits from the development project upon settlement. If you wish to acquire some of the final product, provisions can be made within the investment partnership agreement to accommodate your preferences.

Development Partnership

In a Development Partnership with BuildPoint, we establish a collaborative agreement where our expertise and networks drive the management of the entire development project for a predetermined fee, while you maintain ownership of the land throughout the process.

You’ll have the flexibility to choose whether to retain all or sell a portion of the product resulting from the development, empowering you with control over your investment. Additionally, our partnership model often includes a bonus structure, incentivising exceptional performance by offering bonus payments to BuildPoint if certain targets are exceeded.
